My new food allergy clinic runs on Fridays at the 2573 Baseline Rd. Appletree at the corner of Greenbank and Baseline. Parking is limited at this location so please allow yourself extra time. Please park in front of the Appletree clinic.
My allergic rhinitis and asthma practice is located at the 2948 Baseline Rd. Appletree at the intersection of Baseline Rd. and Sandcastle.
Upon arrival at your appointment please use the self registration computer kiosks to check in.
