Telephone Service
The OFMC telephone options are as follows:
Press 1 - to cancel an appointment
Press 2 - for general switchboard
Press 3 - for patient accounts, health card or TeleHealth Advisory information
Press 4 - for location/hours/fax#/record transfer/Family Health Organization information (also Flu shot inquiries from October-January)
Few medical problems can be dealt with adequately and safely by telephone. We will make every effort to accommodate all patients with the appropriate medical care.
Should you need assistance after-hours and you are one of our Family Health Organization registered patients, simply telephone a registered nurse at the Telephone Health Advisory Services at 1-866-553-7205. Non-registered and registered patients can call Telehealth at 1-866-797-0000 at any time.
