Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

If you are already a patient, you are welcome to use email for all non-urgent communications. Please be advised that your questions may not always be answered promptly due to the volume of mail at any given time. For urgent issues such as appointment changes, health emergencies or for questions that simply cannot wait, please call the office and speak to the secretary. Other than for simple one sentence answers to your questions, there will be a charge for email consultations especially if they are in lieu of an office visit. It is always preferable to see you in person at the office where you can be examined and/or sent for appropriate tests.

| Directions to the Clinic |
|
We are located at the southwest corner of Uplands and Yonge about 1/2 km. south of Hwy 407. For those taking TTC, take the Yonge St. subway line to Finch and connect with the YRT bus #99 going north on Yonge. It takes you directly to across the street from the office at Yonge and Uplands. For those driving, take either the 407 or Hwy 7 to Yonge St. and go south to the office. There is parking on site. Please call the office if you are not sure of directions.
