Direction

From the 401, take the Mallorytown exit.Turn north at the stop sign at the end of the exit, and then turn right at the next stop sign onto Highway 2. Take your first left onto County Road 5. County Road 5 will take you straight into Athens.
From Brockville, take Highway 29 towards Smiths Falls. In Forthton, turn left onto County Road 42, which will take you to Main Street Athens.
From Highway 15, take County Road 5 straight to Athens.
From Smiths Falls, take Highway 29 towards Brockville. In Forthton, turn right onto County Road 42, which will take you straight into Athens.
From Charleston, take Charleston Lake Road (County Road 40) into Athens.
From Delta, take Highway 42 East into Athens.
Turn North onto Henry St.
The Athens District Health Service Centre is located on the corner of Henry St. and Wellington St.
